External Material
Bauer uses their synthetic leather with C.O.R.Tech skin on the new Vapor 3X blocker, this promotes harder, faster rebound than normal blocker skin especially when combined with the harder, denser boards seen on Bauers blockers.
Internal Construction
The blocker board of the 3X features a blend of high density foam and Curve composite. HD foam and Curv in the blocker create a stiff, rigid board. This allows the puck to come off the blocker harder than traditional foams that deaden upon impact.
