Shipping policy
IN-STORE PICKUP
Willing and able to visit us in person? Feel free to purchase your items online and collect them in store. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation. Your item or items will be held for you on our customer hold shelf, where it will be held until pickup. Orders placed for in-store pickup must be collected within 12 months (1 year) of the purchase date.
Orders not picked up within this timeframe will be considered abandoned and may be returned to inventory without refund or store credit.
It is the customer’s responsibility to arrange pickup within the allotted timeframe. Extensions may be granted at management’s discretion.
FREE SHIPPING OVER $150
Orders totalling $150.00 or more before tax are eligible for free ground shipping. This service typically takes 2 to 15 business days depending on your location. To take advantage of this offer, simply select the Free Shipping option at checkout.
*At this time, some rural or remote locations within Canada are not eligible for free shipping. In these cases, reduced shipping rates will apply in place of the free shipping offer.
If additional shipping charges apply, customers will be contacted prior to fulfillment and given the option to approve the adjusted shipping cost or cancel the order for a full refund.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
*If an order originally qualifies for free shipping on orders over $150 and a return causes the remaining order total to fall below the free shipping threshold, the order will no longer be eligible for free shipping.
In this case, the original outbound shipping cost will be deducted from the refund amount. This deduction is in addition to any return shipping costs, which remain the responsibility of the customer.
*We are currently unable to offer free shipping on orders shipped to the United States. Any applicable tariff or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost.
DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Please keep in mind that delivery estimates are indeed only estimates. These estimates are provided by our shipping partners directly. If you have a time sensitive order, please account for a few extra days if shipped via Ground or Economy. Delays can occur for a variety of reasons and are beyond our control once the package has entered the mail stream.
*Orders shipped to the United States may experience longer delivery times due to customs processing. With frequent changes to tariffs and import regulations, customs clearance timelines can vary and are outside of our control.
Please contact us if you need something expedited. Express shipments are guaranteed by shipping companies. Let us know if the delivery window was missed and we will work to get your shipping charges refunded.
DUTY AND BROKERAGE FEES
Orders placed from outside of Canada may be subject to applicable duties imposed by the customs agency that imports the package. These duties are separate from shipping costs. Couriers that take care of this import process for you may charge a brokerage fee or handling fee for this service.
Please reach out to your applicable customs agency website for duty information specific to your country.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We do ship internationally. Orders from the US and Canada can be placed directly through the website.
For orders placed outside of Canada and the United States, shipping rates are not calculated at checkout.After an order is placed, we will contact you with the applicable shipping cost once the shipment has been calculated.Customers will be given the option to approve the shipping cost or cancel the order for a full refund prior to fulfillment.
