Refund policy

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at sportcosfs@yahoo.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping address along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.

If an online order originally qualified for free shipping on purchases over $150, and a return or partial return causes the remaining order total to fall below $150, the original shipping cost will no longer qualify as free and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Please note For returns on US orders, customers are responsible for any applicable tariff, duty, or customs charges associated with returning the item. These fees are non refundable and are outside of our control.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the incorrect item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, custom products such as special orders or personalized items, final sale items, and gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions or concerns about a specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 to 7 business days for the refund to be processed and posted by your bank or credit card company.
